As promised by Nakheel, new speed bumps are being installed. These seem smoother than the rubber humps which I hope will soon disappear in favour of these new models.

Update on roads
Please be advised that we are in … discussion with the Infrastructure team regarding the installation of additional speed humps and activation of the traffic lights within JVT Community. In addition to this, plans for Way-finding/directional signage is also in discussion with the relevant department.

Site visit was done last week by Infrastructure team, note that the installation of humps is still in process as they have to study the roads within JVT. On the other hand, there’s also a plan in installing asphalted humps.
