We are looking forward to move to JVT. Are there any comments about how is living in JVT? I can see any grocery store, transport line service, taxi, time to take main highway to reach marina, etc. I appreciate any advise. I am looking to rent an 1Bd townhouse, I do not know how much is the rent right now? I do not believe in real estates agents…..
