Please take note of the below notice on pest control from Nakheel for JVT residents:
Dear valued resident,
In line with the standard pest control requirements of the Dubai Municipality, please be informed that we will conduct fogging treatment in the external areas of Jumeirah Village Triangle from Monday 9 until Thursday 12 December 2019. The process will begin at 5.00 pm, and will last until 7.00 pm as per the schedule below:
Area covered Date Districts 1, 2 and 3 9 December Districts 4 and 5 10 December Districts 6 and 7 11 December Districts 8 and 9 12 December Kindly note that our pest control service provider is certified by the Dubai Municipality and that the material used for this procedure is DM-certified. The timing selected for the treatment also follows the standard set by Dubai Municipality.
As per Dubai Municipality guidelines, residents and their families are advised to stay inside with doors and windows closed during the procedure. Pets should also be kept inside if possible.

Jumeirah Village Triangle 
I have just moved to JVT district 8, on December and the area is full of mice, lizard and bugs.i have seen 3 mice already and one came in the house
I contacted Al Nakheel Maintenance 2 days ago and they said they will do pest control within 24 hours and nothing happened yet.
This is a real problem

Hi Nadine. Sorry to hear about your troubles. We have pest control.done at our house every 4-6 months for ants and bugs with a private company. Have never seen any mice before. I hope Nakheel comes soon for the neighborhood. Linda

Iv done that in my house twice in the last month, but it is a neighbourhood problem. I called them again snd they promised to solve it asap, hope so
