Last month we learned that the First Group has appointed Millennium & Copthorne to manage its new hotel in Jumeirah Village Triangle.

The four-star deluxe property, Millennium Place JVT Dubai, is scheduled to open in 2019.

A 34 storey glass-clad building with an inventory of 599 guest rooms, the Millennium Place JVT Dubai will provide neighbors with two speciality restaurants, a spa, business centre, and a rooftop clubhouse with swimming pool, gym, steam rooms and a sundeck.

With 24-hour room service, laundry and dry cleaning, this new hotel will provide an excellent place to host out-of-town guests when your two-bedroom villa is feeling cramped.

Let’s hope that they will offer JVT residents some special deals on the clubhouse and restaurants!
